“Stay in the centre, and you will be ready to move in any direction.”
Alan W. Watts

To be centred is to feel relaxed, balanced, and openly available to meet the demands of life without reaction or contraction.
It is to be in touch with a stillness from where your best self can effortlessly emerge...

Sessions are one-to-one or group, and are delivered on a rolling basis so you can stop at any time.
-
We can work with relevant tools for a specific area of your life you want to support, or cover all tools systematically, which takes approximately twelve sessions.

An integrated approach

Movement
Using a variety of gentle movement practices, we work with our posture and breath to regulate our mental/emotional state and relax the nervous system. We also learn how to deepen our connection to our body, allowing us direct access to qualities of confidence and openness that support us in remaining centred.

Mindfulness
Mindful awareness is a key component in The Centring Toolkit. Over time we become more sensitive to our emotions and thought patterns. This allows us to regulate our behavior more easily, responding to circumstance rather than simply reacting. We also become more attuned to others and our environment, giving us a richer and less self-conscious experience of life.

Mindset
Through the exploration of various psychological approaches from East and West, we learn methods and mindsets to slow down, to let go of worry more easily, and to reduce the voice of our inner critic.
